• Assisting in the development, delivery, and maintenance of technical systems under senior supervision.


• Providing user support and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted use of systems.


• Supporting examination processes and related activities for AHEAD programs.


• Creating documentation and training materials as needed.
