The amFOSS club of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, along with its sister club – bi0s, jointly organized its first-ever alumni meetup – Reconnect. The event gave a platform for the current members of the clubs to interact with the alumni, listen to their journey and experience. The alumni shared their insight and advice before the members and also suggested reformative ideas for the club’s and individual’s growth. The alumni could cherish their club and college memories spending a day back in the campus, and see how the club and campus changed over the years. In association with the meetup, fun-filled sessions and interesting games were played including a campus-wide Treasure Hunt where each alumna was teamed-up with few club members. The clubs now plan to organize alumni meetups from now on, every 4 years.
