AmritaCREATE  is an educational technology initiative pioneered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Social and educational systems must be designed so that it nurtures creativity and values along with knowledge acquisition. Research at AmritaCREATE focuses on the design, development, and deployment of tools that can lead to phased transformation through educational technologies. Our interdisciplinary team endeavors to create digital solutions that are affordable, accessible, and equitable.​ AmritaCREATE applies innovative digital solutions to provide accessible and affordable educational technologies for all. It aims to improve the quality of education using innovative solutions that integrate research and practice. Towards this, the center strives to advance research on innovative pedagogy, architectural frameworks and through the implementation of both e-Learning and m-Learning systems with an emphasis on personalised assessment and learning. A new research focus area is modelling approaches for the diffusion of Personalised Learning as an educational innovation. The ongoing research aims to measure individual and collaborative learning in STEM and language learning skills with the aid of data mining and visualisation of big learning data.
