| Qualification

- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Communication, Public Administration, or Management).
- 2–5 years of experience in offices, liaison, public relations, or administrative coordination.
- Strong proficiency in official communication, drafting, and correspondence (English & regional languages).
- Experience in dealing with government offices, external agencies, and institutional documentation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, documentation management, and professional correspondence.

| Job Description
| The Executive will support the Office of Public Relations in handling external, governmental, and institutional communications, liaison processes, and office coordination activities. The role includes facilitating communication between the university and external entities, preparing and managing documentation for official correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on approvals, documentations and supporting office operations, events, and administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate external and governmental liaison with departments, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Draft, process, and maintain official correspondence, communications, and reports.
- Facilitate documentation and follow-up for project, administrative, and approval-related communications.
- Support public relations initiatives, events, and visits involving officials and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining records, schedules, and documentation logs for the PR Office.
- Ensure all communications and submissions adhere to institutional standards and confidentiality.
- Coordinate between internal departments, consultants, and external agencies for smooth information flow.
- Provide administrative and office support to the Head and Division Coordinators of the PR Office.
