Job Title System/Network Support Engineer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

  • Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

  • Professional Certifications desirable.
Technical Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and Network management.

  • Proficiency in managing Desktop hardware/software, OS imaging, and patch management, Printers and peripherals (configuration, troubleshooting), Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi APs).

  • Record and audit all IT assets, Experience with Asset management systems and ticketing tools.

  • Change management and incident resolution processes. Familiarity with hardware BOM analysis.
Soft Skills and Other Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., system/network administrators).

  • Knowledge of compliance and IT security standards.
