Research Interest: Employee attitudes and behaviour at the workplace: employee well-being, employee motivation and emotions, dehumanization at the workplace.

Bio

Prof. Shilpa C T is a dedicated and committed teacher who has an aspiration to gain knowledge and a passion for sharing knowledge and motivating people. She is in the final stages of her Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and holds an MBA from Amrita School of Business. Prior to entering academia, she worked in the IT industry at Tata Consultancy Services for five years.

Her research interests include employee well-being, workplace dehumanization, motivation, and the dynamics of remote work. Her work has been published in well-reputed journals like Human Resource Development Review and recognized at international platforms, including the Best Paper in Track award at the ANZAM Conference 2024, University of Wollongong, Australia.

She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and contributing to research that fosters humane and meaningful work environments.
