Definition and significance of IoT, Exploration of diverse IoT Design templates, Physical design of IoT – Logical design of IoT – IoT enabling technologies 

Module 2:

IoT Communication Protocols 

Application Layer protocols: MQTT, CoAP, Mac layer protocols : Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee LoRA 

Module 3:

IoT Computing Models 

Cloud computing, Cloud Service models, Cloud Deployment models. Edge Vs Fog Vs Cloud Computing, TinyML 

Module 4:

IoT Digital Twin 

Digital Twin- Introduction, Digital Twin Models and Networks, Artificial Intelligence for Digital Twin, Edge Computing for Digital Twin, Blockchain for Digital Twin. 

Module 5:

IoT Verticals 

Internet of Vehicles, Industrial IoT, Internet of Medical Things, Internet of Robotic Things, Internet of Drones. 

Module 6:

Term Project, Future Trends and Emerging Technologies like Digital twin for IoT, LLM for IoT.
