Abstract : The logistics of equipment and production-related items play a vital role in industrial production. Various movement scenarios are possible, including the transfer of logistics from the warehouse to the workspace, between workspaces, and from workspaces to dispatch. Automating these activities using Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) can streamline workflow. This paper proposes an AGV setup on the work floor for logistic applications. The AGV navigates the work floor using a line- following approach. Workers can raise requests from their specific workplaces, which are then prioritized. A central server monitors these requests and calculates the shortest path using the Dijkstra algorithm, transmitting it to the AGV. The server can also track the real-time location of the AGV. In cases of high-priority requests, the server estimates a new path based on the AGV's current location, allowing the AGV to efficiently handle high- priority tasks while robustly managing other tasks for a seamless production process.
