About the Project
Nanoparticles are being used by pharmaceutical companies in various ways for efficient drug delivery. The interaction of nanoparticles with proteins in humans may be toxic and needs to be thoroughly investigated. In the current project, molecular dynamics simulation will be combined with artificial intelligence for investigating toxic effects of novel nanoparticles on common proteins existent in the human body.

Experience in molecular dynamics will be an advantage. Candidates should have or should be able to pick skills related programming and mathematics.
