Graduation Day Amritapuri Campus

This is to inform that the Convocation 2022 for all the graduating students is scheduled from 10.30 AM onward at below mentioned dates.

All other matters related to the Convocation viz., time of reporting, dress collection, assembly etc., will be communicated to the eligible students by the respective faculty advisors.

Registration

  • Students who have not yet enrolled for Convocation are encouraged to do so by 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 5.
  • Those who did not register by the deadline will be able to obtain the certificate from the Academic Cell/ Exam Cell of your respective schools beginning on August 18.
  • The above are not applicable to ahead online students.

Reporting & Attire

  • Graduands are required to report at the attire distribution counter as stated below to report and collect your attire and lunch coupons.

  • Female graduands shall make their own arrangements for blouse (cream colour /golden colour) to be worn along with the Convocation attire, which will be a saree.

Event & Decorum

  • The formal Convocation function will start at 10:00 a.m. at the Convocation Hall (Annapoorneshwari) with an Academic Procession. Graduands are required to arrive at the ‘Convocation Hall’ by 9:30 AM. 
  • In order to maintain the solemnity of the function, graduands shall not be allowed to leave the ‘Convocation Hall’ during the entire forma function. 
  • This being a formal and solemn occasion, absolute silence shall be observed in the ‘Convocation Hall’. 
  • The entire event is expected to end by 5:00 p.m. 
  • Due to the increased number of graduates, parents and their accompanying relatives/friends are permitted to enter the auditorium on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow displays will be installed in the Amriteshwari and Acharya halls on campus to enable parents to observe the ceremony.​

Lunch

  • Parents and graduates will be provided with lunch on campus.
  • Lunch will be served to all graduands and their accompanying parents after the conclusion of the program.
