Participants are invited to submit original research contributions aligned with the seminar theme. The abstract must be 250–300 words and include the title, objectives, methodology, key findings, and 3–5 keywords. It should be typed in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing, and submitted in .doc or .docx format. The full paper should be between 3,000 to 5,000 words (excluding references and annexures) and must follow this structure: Title, Author(s) Details with Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review (if applicable), Methodology, Discussion and Analysis, Findings and Conclusion, Policy Suggestions (if applicable), and References. Formatting includes Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins on all sides, and APA 7th edition citation style. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and plagiarism must be below 10%. Selected papers will undergo peer review and may be published in a Scopus-indexed journal or an edited ISBN volume. Presenters will have 10–12 minutes for an offline-only presentation, supported by a 10–12 slide PowerPoint. Co-authors are allowed to present. Authors must include their complete affiliation details with their submissions.

Papers presenters are required to pay the fee after acceptance of the full paper. All the presenters must register for the certificate. Only the presenters will receive the certificate.
