Job Description	We are seeking a courteous, well-presented, and efficient Lady Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk responsibilities in a professional academic environment.
Key Responsibilities	Greet and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors politely and professionally. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries and provide accurate information or forward requests to the appropriate department. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times. Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain as per security protocols. Assist with student queries related to admissions, departments, events, and general information. Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling appointments and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and official documents. Maintain records, data entry, and basic administrative tasks as assigned. Provide support during university events, seminars, and admission drives. Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information at all times. Mandatory to have basic computer knowledge.
