About

This advanced course likely explores the intricate layers of each sutra, unraveling the profound wisdom on yoga as a path to liberation. By integrating the principles of Samkhya, which provides the philosophical framework for understanding the nature of reality and consciousness, students gain a richer and more nuanced appreciation of Patanjali’s teachings on the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. It’s a study that promises to deepen both intellectual understanding and personal practice.
