Instructions & Guidelines for Allotted Candidates – DM / MCh 2024 – 2025

Candidates who have been allotted seats in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences for D.M and M.Ch. courses by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) through centralized common counselling should report at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi on or before the last date of reporting as per MCC guidelines.

Candidates should bring their Provisional Allotment Letter issued by DGHS, original certificates and proof of online payment receipt of first year fees and submit the same. Candidates without original certificates/ documents/payment proof shall not be allowed to undertake admission process and same will be intimated to DGHS. Proof of fee remittance should be e-mailed to pgadmissions@aims.amrita.edu

Reporting Time : 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM (Admission process will take one-day duration)

• The above mentioned in originals certificates are mandatory and have to be submitted to Admissions Office at the time of reporting for admission.
• Candidates allotted seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET SS: i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card).
• Candidates reporting for admissions without complete list of the above documents will not be allowed to undertake the admission procedure & will be rejected. The same will be intimated to DGHS.
• Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “Candidates original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical College.
• Candidates are advised to keep with them a softcopy/hardcopy of all the submitted documents for their future.
• Kerala State Medical Council Registration Certificate has to be submitted within a month from the date of Admission.

*Hostel Room Rent Rs.62,000/-per year

*Hostel Facility will be allotted based on the availability.

Before physically reporting to the institute

• Candidates should pay the first year course fees (Tuition Fees + Other Fees ) by RTGS/ NEFT to the Amrita School of Medicine Account .
• Candidate should pay Admission Processing Charges of Rs. 2,500 as Demand Draft drawn in favour of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi

Online Payment by RTGS/NEFT & Bank Details for Money Transfer (In Rs.)

Once RTGS/NEFT payment done, the following details have to be sent to pgadmissions@aims.amrita.edu immediately after transfer of amount so as to confirm your payment :-

• Fee remittance particulars (i.e. Tuition Fee , Other Fee)
• DD Number of Admission Processing Charges

• Attach Additional Registration Certificate

Before reporting for admission

• Candidate should pay the full course fees i.e. Tuition fees + Other Fees by RTGS/ NEFT even though they have paid Rs. 2,00,000/-to MCC (DGHS). They should not pay the annual course fees with deduction of Rs. 2,00,000/-.
• Candidate should pay Admission Processing Charges of Rs. 2,500 as Demand Draft drawn in favour of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi
