About

Programme Overview

Social investments today demand more than intent and storytelling. Stakeholders increasingly expect clear, credible evidence of impact, grounded in globally recognised frameworks. This programme equips participants with the tools and confidence to design, measure, and communicate impact through applied exercises, real-world frameworks, and outcome-focused thinking.

Objective

  • Introduce the concepts and techniques of Social Impact Measurement (SIM).
  • Practical insights through exercises.
  • Insights to common Social Impact Measurement frameworks and standards.
  • Introduction to Impact investment.

Why this course

This two-day course equips executives to go beyond anecdotal reporting—mastering Theory of Change and Logic Models, navigating global standards like IMP, OECD-DAC, and SROI, and communicating impact with credibility across stakeholders.

What You Will Gain

  • Practical familiarity with IMP, OECD-DAC, and SROI
  • Confidence to evaluate and communicate impact to diverse stakeholders
