Why this course

Investments into social projects can no longer afford to treat social impact as a goodwill narrative. It must be measurable and strategically oriented toward sustainability. This two-day course equips executives to go beyond anecdotal reporting—mastering Theory of Change and Logic Models, navigating global standards like IMP, OECD-DAC, and SROI, and communicating impact with credibility across stakeholders.
