Candidates who have been allotted seats in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences for MD and MS courses by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) through centralized common counselling should report at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi on or before the last date of reporting as per MCC guidelines.
Candidates should bring their Provisional Allotment Letter issued by DGHS, original and copies of certificates and proof of online payment receipt of first year fees and submit the same at Admissions Office. Candidates without original certificates/documents/payment proof shall not be allowed to undertake admission process and same will be intimated to DGHS.
Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute / College/ University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute / College / University” shall not be allowed to take admission in allotted Medical College/Institute.

However, for this academic year the internship completion date may be treated as 31st July, 2025 as approved by NMC. Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/NMC.

- Candidates allotted a seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card).

- One set of Self attested copies of all certificates
- Previous Experience Certificate (if any) and Relieving Order
- Medical Certificate for fitness (as per the format prescribed)
- The Candidate should also bring the following certificates, if applicable:
- SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the Information Bulletin) and should be in English or Hindi language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The translated certificate must be certified by a Gazetted Officer
- EWS Certificate as per the Central Govt. Norms (in the format as specified in the Information Bulletin) and should be in English or Hindi language. The translated certificate must be certified by a Gazetted Officer.
- OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus for All India counselling. The translated certificate must be certified by a Gazetted Officer. The annual income/statusoftheparentsoftheapplicantshouldbebasedonfinancialyearending March 31, 2025.
- Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act,2016 and NMC Norms. No other certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained. The format of Certificate of Disability is annexed (1,2) in the Information Bulletin.
- NRI/OCI candidates to bring relevant documents in original (same as uploaded on MCC mail) at the time of reporting/ admission.

- Candidates are required to submit the original hardcopy of the Demand Draft while reporting for document verification.
- Candidate should pay the full course fees i.e. Tuition fees + Other Fees even though they have paid Rs. 2,00,000/-to MCC (DGHS). They should not pay the annual course fees with deduction of Rs. 2,00,000.
- Hostel Fees to be paid only after checking availability during the document verification.
