About the Course

The sculptural heritage of Hindu temples is an integral and captivating aspect of their architecture and religious significance. These temples are often adorned with a profusion of intricate carvings and sculptures that serve not merely as decoration but as powerful visual narratives of Hindu mythology, cosmology, and philosophical concepts. From the towering gopurams of South India to the intricately carved walls of North Indian temples, these sculptures depict a vast pantheon of gods and goddesses, celestial beings, mythical creatures, and scenes from sacred texts like the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Puranas.
