Abstract : Cloud computing is becoming more popular as companies move their applications from on-premise data centers to the cloud in order to innovate, reduce expenses, and increase agility. Mobile Cloud Computing as an anticipated technology for mobile services is based on the expansion of cloud computing with inevitable development of applications for mobile devices. Due to lack of resources, maximizing the potential of a mobile device is difficult. Cloudlets can be utilized as an intermittent processing, connecting the cloud with the mobile device to solve major restrictions. Cloudlet provisioning can be improved in mobile cloud computing environment by accessing suitable cloud service providers. The top three cloud computing market leaders are Amazon's Amazon Web Services, Microsoft's Azure, and Google's Google Cloud Platform. This research attempts to assist businesses in selecting the best cloud platform in terms of energy and latency, for their needs and requirements in the mobile cloud computing environment.
