Job description	The position involves engagement in high quality research projects and producing high-quality outputs, especially, papers in Tier 1 journals. The fellowship position is open to applicants who have either completed a PhD within the last two years, or are in the final stages of completion, i.e. thesis defence happening within 3 months. Applicants are expected to have published at least one paper in a high-ranking Scopus indexed journal in management research. The applicant should have a genuine interest in undertaking high quality research and publications in areas (including, but not limited to) related to Finance, Marketing & Consumer Behaviour, Organizational and Behavioural Analytics, Lean Management Systems, Development Studies, Sustainability, Governance, and Policy, Emerging Technologies, etc. The applicant is expected to work both individually and in teams, applying for grants, building research networks, and he/she will be supported by senior, established researchers. The applicant should also be willing to teach at the MBA program in the domain areas as mentioned above.
