Job Description

  • Farm Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities including land preparation, sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting

  • Ensure timely execution of all agricultural operations based on crop schedules

  • Direct and manage farm laborers and support staff

  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to work plans

  • Prepare comprehensive action plans for farm and agricultural unit development

  • Assist in designing crop plans based on season, soil conditions, and market trends

  • Monitor usage of inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and water

  • Maintain inventory and ensure optimal utilization of farm resources

  • Regularly inspect crops for pest, disease, and nutrient issues

  • Implement appropriate agronomic practices for crop health and yield improvement

  • Maintain records of farm activities, inputs, outputs, and labor

  • Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and productivity

  • Promote sustainable agricultural practices including organic inputs and soil health management

  • Support implementation of new technologies and research trials, if applicable

  • Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and infrastructure

  • Follow safety standards and promote a safe working environment

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in farm management or agricultural operations (preferred) Fresh graduates with strong practical exposure may also be considered Experience Required
