• Study of laboratory appliances used in experimental
• Study of use of anesthetics in laboratory
• To record the dose response curve of Ach using isolated ileum
• To carry out bioassay of Ach using isolated ileum preparation by interpolation
• Study of agonistic and antagonistic effects of drugs using isolated ileum
• To study the routes of administration of drugs in animals (Rats, Mice, Rabbits).

• Study of theory, principle, procedure involved and interpretation of given results for the following experiments:
  1. Analgesic property of drugs in
  2. Anti-inflammatory effect of drugs in rat-paw edema
  3. Anticonvulsant activity of drugs in maximal electroshock and pentylenetetrazole
  4. Antidepressant activity of    drugs     using        pole     climbing      apparatus     and pentobarbitone induced sleeping time methods.
  5. Locomotor activity evaluation of drugs using actophotometer and
  6. Cardio tonic activity of drugs using isolated frog heart and mammalian heart
• Estimation of protein by Lowry method
• Myeloperoxidase activity in biological samples
• Estimation of α-Amylase activity
• Alpha-glucosidase inhibitory assay
• Acetyl cholinesterase inhibition assay
• Isolation and identification of DNA from various sources (banana, blood)
• PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis
