Abstracts should be related to at least one of the updated topics listed below. All selected abstracts submitted within the deadline of October 31, 2025, will feature in the souvenir which will have an ISBN number and can be counted as a publication.

Applicants should choose the topic that most closely matches the theme of their abstract.
- Abstracts should be submitted online following registration.
- During abstract submission, the preferred mode of presentation must be selected: Amrita Public Health Award / Oral / Poster Presentation.
- Abstracts should be structured as Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion and must be within the word count of 250 words.
- Abstracts identified with plagiarism will be rejected forthwith.
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by the scientific committee before being selected for the conference, including the format of presentation.
- The presenting author should have registered for the conference. Only one person will be allowed to present, and only the presenting author will be issued a certificate.
- Submission of multiple overlapping abstracts is discouraged.
- Abstracts already published or accepted (as full papers or abstracts) or those that will be published before November 31, 2025, cannot be submitted.
- The decision of the scientific committee on the mode of presentation will be final, although preference will be given to the author’s choice.
- The list of abstracts accepted for Amrita Public Health Award / Oral / Poster presentation will be updated on the website by 15th November 2025, and authors will be notified via email.
- All abstracts must be submitted online. Other submission modes will not be entertained.
Format for Abstract Submission
Please use the structured format below while submitting your abstract:
- Introduction – Background to the issue/problem.
- Objectives – Purpose of the study or hypothesis.
- Methods – Briefly explain methods used to achieve objectives.
- Results – Key findings in summary form.
- Conclusion – Summary and recommendations.
- Limit the abstract to 250 words (excluding headings).
- Define all abbreviations and acronyms at first use.
- Abstracts must be self-contained, with no reference to other documents.

Guidelines for Preparation of Full Paper – Amrita Public Health Award
- Paper should be in English, with a word count not exceeding 2500 words (excluding abstract, references, and author details).
- Submissions must be original and not previously submitted, presented, or published.
- File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) only.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, font size 12, double-spaced, justified, standard IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion).
- Include:
- Title of the study
- Names of author and co-authors
- Abstract
- Full text in structured format
