Mr. Manpreet Singh 

Mr. Manpreet Singh, Partner leading Sustainability Strategy and Transformation at PwC India since October 2023, plays a central role in embedding ESG principles within client business models and steering sustainable growth across sectors. 

He previously served as Partner & U.S. National Leader for Decarbonisation at KPMG US (March 2022–September 2023) and as Global Lead for Green & Social Bonds at KPMG India, leading sustainable finance initiatives across markets. 

Beginning his sustainability career at EY’s Climate Change & Sustainability Services, TERI and Senergy Global, he has more than 20 years of experience in decarbonization consulting, regulatory policy, and ESG implementation. 

With a robust academic foundation, he holds an MSc in Environmental Studies (specializing in Climate Change) from TERI School of Advanced Studies, and completed executive programs at the Indian School of Business. 

He recently shared insights on India’s Draft Climate Finance Taxonomy—highlighting its role in building transparency, investor confidence, and sectoral alignment—demonstrating his thought leadership in sustainable finance policy.
