Padmanabhan has more than 15 years of Banking experience predominantly in the Risk Management domain. His areas of expertise include Credit risk, ALM, Basel regulations, ICAAP & Capital planning, IndAS, Retail Collections etc amongst many others. He is part of the ESG division of Federal Bank since its formation in year 2021. He is instrumental in building the ESG policies & frameworks for the Bank and currently heads the ESG Division of Federal Bank. He is also GARP FRM and SCR certified.
