Bio

Ms. Anmol rattan completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Ved Nursing College, Panipat, affiliated with Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. She subsequently gained one year of teaching and clinical training experience at KVM Nursing College, Rohtak.

To further enhance her professional competence, she pursued an M.Sc. Nursing from R.A.K. College of Nursing, New Delhi. During her postgraduate studies, she received specialized training in clinical practice, including hands-on exposure as a clinical trainee, and developed competencies in evidence-based patient care and professional nursing practice.

Her professional objective is to apply her academic knowledge, teaching experience, and clinical skills to strengthen nursing education, promote evidence-based practice, and contribute to the overall development of quality patient care and nursing research.

  • Workshop on “Nursing Resilience :A matter of adaptability.”
  • 5 days training program on International Health Regulation at Airport Health Organization,Delhi.
  • Certified in Compression Only Life Support (COLS) in accordance with current Indian Resuscitation Council Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) guidelines.
  • Organized two National Workshop on “Building Resilience in Disaster Management and Navigating the Complexity of Cancer Care 2024” at Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing.
  • Completed one month of clinical specialty training in Community Health Nursing at the Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Kolkata, under the Government of India, demonstrating strong knowledge and skills in field training and patient care.
