Bio

Ashitha Mohan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce and Management, School of Arts, Humanities & Commerce, Amritapuri.

She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree (2013) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (2015) from Mahatma Gandhi University. In 2019, she qualified the National Eligibility Test (NTA-NET), demonstrating academic competence and eligibility for higher education teaching and research in India.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, she has been serving as an Assistant Professor, actively contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate education. Her academic career has been marked by a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student mentorship, curriculum development, and academic engagement.

In 2023, she joined Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, where she continues to contribute to academic development, research initiatives, and institutional growth.

Her areas of interest include Finance, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Management Studies, and interdisciplinary research, with a focus on fostering analytical thinking and practical knowledge among students.
