Monalisha Das is a Nursing Tutor in Adult Health Nursing with a focus on Critical Care at Amrita College of Nursing, Delhi NCR. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Vydehi Institute of Nursing Science & Research Centre, Bangalore (2015–2019), and specialized in Critical Care Nursing at Fortis Healthcare Limited (2020–2021). She has three years of clinical experience in the Medical ICU as Staff Nurse and Shift In-Charge at Fortis Hospital, Anandapur, Kolkata. She earned her M.Sc. Nursing from PGIMER, Chandigarh (2023–2025) and is AHA certified in BLS and ACLS.
Her research interests include innovative ICU nursing practices, qualitative research studies, and integration of AI in critical care to improve patient monitoring, workflow efficiency, and evidence-based outcomes. She is committed to enhancing clinical training, research, and patient care quality.
