Research Interest: Gas sensors, memristors, artificial olfactory systems, biodegradable electronic devices, materials informatics, physiological signal analysis, machine learning and deep learning, FPGA-based implementation of spiking neural networks for neuromorphic computing.

Bio

Dr. Venkata Ramesh Naganaboina is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham – Amaravti Campus where he joined in August 2024. His academic journey is distinguished by advanced research and international collaboration.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Naganaboina served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow under Prof. Suk-Won Hwang at the KU-KIST Graduate School of Converging Science and Technology, Korea University, Seoul, South Korea.

He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad, guided by Prof. Shiv Govind Singh and Prof. Soumya Jana, and completed his M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal.
