Job Description

  • Academic Leadership: Assist in the development and implementation of the syllabus and curriculum for Interior Design program.

  • Teaching & Studio Coordination: Conduct theory classes, design studios, and hands-on workshops to ensure an engaging learning experience.

  • Lab Setup & Management: Assist in the establishment and management of design labs and material libraries.

  • Student Mentorship: Guide students on academic projects, research, and industry collaborations.

  • Admissions Coordination: Actively participate in the admissions process, including counseling prospective students and conducting entrance assessments.

  • Research & Innovation: Engage in research, design competitions, and publication activities in the field of Interior Design.

  • Administrative Duties: Support academic planning, accreditation processes, and inter-departmental coordination.

  • Industry Collaboration: Build partnerships with industry professionals, firms, and organizations for student internships, live projects, and guest lectures.

  • Event Management: Organize seminars, workshops, and exhibitions showcasing student work and research.
