Role Overview The Communications & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing the university’s public presence by overseeing social media communication, documenting departmental achievements, producing the annual newsletter, and planning outreach events that strengthen the university’s visibility and engagement.

• Manage and publish official social media content highlighting departmental and institutional achievements.


• Collect, curate, and document academic, research, and student accomplishments.


• Compile, edit, and publish the annual university newsletter.


• Plan and coordinate outreach events and campaigns to enhance the university’s visibility and engagement.


• Ensure all communications align with the university’s branding and approval guidelines.
