• Strengthening the research ecosystem through high-quality publications in Scopus/Web of Science–indexed journals,


• facilitating externally funded research from agencies such as DST, DBT, SERB, ICMR, ICSSR, and industry, and encouraging interdisciplinary and industry collaborations.


• The Principal will drive initiatives to enhance national and international rankings and accreditations, including NIRF, NAAC, NBA, QS, and THE, improving indicators like research output, citations, faculty quality, student success, placements, and global engagement.


• Responsibilities include timely submission of accreditation and compliance data, adherence to UGC, AICTE, and statutory regulations, transparent policy development, financial oversight, and strengthening relationships with students, alumni, industry, and regulators. Innovation in teaching–learning, outcome-based education, digital learning, and experiential education is encouraged.

• Ph.D. with at least 10 years of experience as a Professo


• Strong research credentials, including Q1/Q2 publications and externally funded research projects


• 
  

  Proven leadership experience in academic administration, rankings, and accreditation processes

  
  

• IIT/NIT background (CSE/ECE), international collaborations, and experience in leading large institutions.
