Amrita Students Inspired by Expert Insights from Ms. Sreema Nallasivam

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham had the privilege of hosting Ms. Sreema Nallasivam, Co-CEO of HARTS GmbH & Managing Trustee of Meeple Elephant – Trust & Capital, for an engaging session on “Making the World Smaller by Building Human Bridges.”

During the talk, Ms. Sreema Nallasivam shared valuable insights on redefining success, emphasizing that true achievement lies in valuing time and nurturing meaningful relationships. She highlighted resilience in challenges, encouraging students to overcome barriers of colour and gender with courage, kindness, and confidence. Through her Mini CXO Program, she demonstrated the importance of leadership without bureaucracy, rooted in accountability, awareness, and intent.

Ms. Sreema Nallasivam also shared her global experiences, mentoring over 500 students worldwide and promoting equity across cultures, reinforcing the idea that building human bridges transcends race, gender, and geography. She concluded with a powerful message: graduation is only the beginning, and leaders are defined by strength, kindness, and confidence rather than personality type.
