The Department of Science and Humanities organized an Educational Field Visit to the Goethe-Institut (Max Mueller Bhavan), Chennai on 12th March 2026 for students from B.Tech programs in Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Automation and Robotics Engineering and Cyber Security. The visit aimed to provide students with exposure to German language learning opportunities, International academic programs and Cultural exchange initiatives offered by the Institute. During the visit, students received valuable insights into higher education opportunities in Germany, Scholarship programs, academic collaborations with German universities and the importance of German language proficiency for pursuing global careers in technology, engineering and research.
The session also included interactive language-oriented engagement activities and collaborative communication exercises designed to enhance students’ cognitive participation, teamwork and linguistic awareness. A scenario based discussion and creative roleplay session further encouraged students to interpret visual narratives and actively engage in analytical conversations. The visit served as meaningful platform for students to explore International education pathways, multilingual competencies and global academic exposure making it a highly enriching and inspiring learning experience.
