Foundations of the Founder’s Mindset – FOFM 2026

The Startup Club of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Faridabad, successfully organized an inspiring guest talk titled “Foundations of the Founder’s Mindset -FOFM 2026 ” on 10th February 2026 at the Amriteshwari Auditorium. The event aimed to nurture entrepreneurial thinking among students and to expose them to real-world startup experiences beyond the classroom.

The session was delivered by Saurabh Jain, Founder of Fun2Do Labs (EdTech), Advisor and former Vice President at Paytm, Startup Mentor, and Author. Drawing from his extensive professional journey across corporate leadership and startup ecosystems, Mr. Jain shared practical insights into what it truly means to think like a founder. He highlighted the importance of identifying real-world problems, building user-centric solutions, and maintaining a long-term vision while navigating uncertainty.

During the talk, Mr. Jain emphasized key qualities that define successful entrepreneurs, including creativity, resilience, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership. He discussed how failures and setbacks are integral to the entrepreneurial journey and encouraged students to view challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. His anecdotes from building startups and mentoring founders offered students a realistic yet motivating perspective on the entrepreneurial path.

The session concluded with an engaging interactive segment where students actively participated by asking questions related to ideation, funding, team building, and balancing innovation with execution. The talk successfully inspired students to think beyond conventional career choices and explore entrepreneurship with confidence, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose.
