The WiCyS Amrita Student Chapter has been honored with the 2025 International Student Chapter Leadership Award, a prestigious recognition presented by WiCyS (Women in Cybersecurity) Global during their Annual Conference 2025 held at Dallas on April 2 to 5, 2025. The award was received by one of our alumni Ms. Sai Satya Bapuji who attended the event.
This international accolade celebrates the chapter’s outstanding leadership, impactful initiatives, and significant contributions to the field of cyber security during the 2024–2025 term.
Over the past year, the chapter organized technical workshops, expert talks, interactive sessions, and cyber security awareness campaigns, fostering hands-on skills, encouraging open discussions, and inspiring creative problem-solving. This created a vibrant, inclusive platform for learning, leadership, and collaboration.

The chapter was guided & mentored by Mr. Ramaguru Radhakrishnan, Faculty Coordinator, whose mentorship and vision played a pivotal role in this success. The team also acknowledges the unwavering support of Prof. M. Sethumadhavan, Director – TIFAC-CORE in Cyber Security, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, in enabling the chapter’s growth and outreach from its inception.
