Candidates who have been allotted seats in Amrita School of Medicine, Faridabad for MD/MS courses by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) through centralized common counselling should report at Amrita School of Medicine, Faridabad on or before the last date of reporting as per MCC guidelines.

Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute / College/ University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute / College / University” will not be eligible for admission program.

  • Allotment Letter issued by MCC. 
  • Admit Card issued by NBE.
  • Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE.
  • Copies of Pan Card & Aadhar (2 Copies)
  • Mark Sheet of MBBS Professional Examination year wise
  • MBBS Degree Certificate/ Provisional Certificate from the concerned University.
  • Internship Completion Certificate / Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st July 25.
  • Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/NMC. Provisional
  • Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where candidate is undergoing internship and likely to complete the same on or before 31st July, 2025 (for this academic year)

  • Transfer Certificate from the institution last studied
  • Migration Certificate from the institution last studied
  • Character and conduct Certificate
  • Registration Certificate with Haryana State Medical Council (HSMC has to be submitted within a period of one month from the date of admission, failing which his/ her admission shall stand cancelled.
  • 10+2/Higher Secondary Certificate & Mark list
  • High School/Higher Secondary Certificate /Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth
  • Candidates allotted a seat must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) to the allotted college at the time of admission (as mentioned in the information Bulletin published by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for NEET i.e. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card).
  • Recent passport size color photographs – 8 nos.
  • One set of Self attested copies of all Certificates
  • Previous Experience Certificate (if any) and Relieving Order
  • Medical Certificate for fitness (as per the format prescribed)
  • The Candidate should also bring the following Certificate, if applicable:
    • SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the format as specified in the Information Bulletin) and should be in English or Hindi Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the Certificate. The translated Certificate must be Certified by a Gazette Officer.
    • EWS Certificate as per the Central Norms (in the format as specified in the Information Bulletin) and should be in English or Hindi language. The translated Certificate must be Certified by a Gazetted Officer.
    • OBC Certificate issued by the competent The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC Certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus for All India counselling. The translated Certificate must be Certified by a Gazetted Officer. The annual income / status of the parents of the applicant should be based on financial year ending March 31, 2025.
    • Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016 and NMC Norms. No other Certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained. The format of Certificate of Disability is annexed (1,2) in the Information Bulletin.
    • NRI/OCI candidates to bring relevant documents in original (same as uploaded on MCC mail) at the time of reporting/ admission.

In addition to the above, NRI candidates are required to produce the below documents: 

  • Proof of NRI Status of the Parent/Sponsor:
  • Valid Passport 
  • Visa / Residence Permit / Work Permit
  • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card / PIO card of candidate, if applicable
  • NRI Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Embassy / Indian Consulate).
  • Certificate of Relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate issued by the competent Revenue Authority through Family Tree. 
  • Affidavit (Notarized) by the NRI relative stating that they will sponsor the entire course fee and living expenses of the candidate during the period of study duly supported by NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book.
  • 10th & 12th mark sheets + passing certificate
  • Birth certificate 
  • One set of Self attested copies of all certificate

Before physically reporting to the institute

  • Candidates should pay the first-year course fees (Tuition Fees + Hostel Fees + Other Fees) by RTGS/ NEFT to the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham account through online mode and proof of fee remittance should be e-mailed to pgadmissions@dl.amrita.edu
  • Candidate should pay Admission Processing Charges of Rs. 2,500 as Demand Draft drawn in favor of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, payable at Faridabad.
  • Candidates are required to submit the original hardcopy of the Demand Draft while reporting for document verification.
  • Candidate must pay the full course fees i.e. Tuition fees + Hostel Fees + Other Fees even though they have paid Rs. 2,00,000/-to MCC (DGHS).

Admission Cancellation and Refunds

Sl. No Scenario Process
1 In scenarios of upgradation/resignation during the Rounds of MCC Counselling. Admission Processing Charges of Rs.2500 will be deducted.
2 Candidate cancels admission (in any circumstance) leaving the seat vacant for the entire duration of the course. First year Course Fees paid will not be refunded. In addition to this, the PG resident has to pay the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course.
