Abstract : The article presents a case report of a recurrent pilonidal sinus successfully managed through Karanja Ksharasutra application. The study highlights the effectiveness of Shalyaja Nadivrana management principles described in Susruta Samhita in addressing pilonidal sinus, emphasizing minimal recurrence and improved healing outcomes.
