Abstract : Narrative intelligence describes our innate human ability to make sense of, learn from, and remember a story. As children, we hear stories every day, whether it is at bedtime or during a meal. When we grow up, we continue our dependence on stories by retelling day to day events or novelties to one another. By doing this, we make sense of the world. We order its events to search for meaning in them. This ability to craft, tell and understand stories has long been a hallmark of human intelligence and a long-term goal of artificial intelligence. In this paper, we discuss some of the previously developed story generation systems and their drawbacks based on our system requirements. We then move on to discuss the proposed model for our system.
