Abstract : The study focused on measuring and comparing the performance of Ayurvedic and Allopathic drugs through scientifically tested methods to measure their phytochemical standardization and therapeutic efficacy. Although Ayurveda has been very significant therapeutically for a long time, there is still a gap in science concerning the need for standardized analytical validation and reproducibility when compared to modern Allopathic formulations. The study employed the comparative laboratory-based analytical design along with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometry (UV-Vis). The formulations of both systems were tested on flavonoids, alkaloids, phenolics, tannin and terpenoids. To determine the validity of the studies and to measure the relationship between concentration of markers and the therapeutic effect, statistical tests like Student t-test and correlation studies were applied. It showed a good level of linearity (R2 0.995), showed high accuracy (>97%), and precision less than 2% Relative Standard Deviation (RSD), thus validating the power of the employed method. Phenolics and flavonoids were strongly associated with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action, thereby, indicating the greatest therapeutic potential of Ayurvedic preparations and, hence, attesting to their pharmacological abundance and analytical consistency. The study has revealed that one of the most viable forms of linking the traditional and modern medicine is the bioanalytical standardization. Moreover, it is said that the therapeutic predictability is enhanced by standardized analytical validation, which also guarantees the reliability of the laboratory and facilitates the global integration of traditional medicine in the domain of evidence-based healthcare ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌frameworks.
