Abstract : In the present scenario the widespread integration of batteries into daily activities with the increasing prominence of local energy generation, there is a critical demand for advanced battery monitoring and management techniques to ensure best performance and reliability. As batteries play a crucial role in various applications, ensuring their best performance is essential. Impedance-based monitoring has appeared as a highly effective procedure for achieving this goal, with several techniques being proposed in recent years. The precise measurement of voltage and current across a circuit is fundamental for ensuring safety and compliance with operational specifications. This paper introduces an innovative approach to address this need, presenting a simplified circuit design that uses a single integrated circuit (IC) to accurately measure both voltage and current. This novel approach not only enhances measurement precision but also holds significant potential for widespread applicability in professional settings, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation.
