Abstract : The JAK/STAT signaling pathway is crucial for regulating various cellular functions, and its dysregulation is linked to cancer progression, highlighting the need for innovative therapeutic strategies. This review identifies and evaluates the anticancer potential of natural products, such as Curcumin and Resveratrol, which modulate the JAK/STAT pathway, demonstrating their promise as complementary agents to conventional therapies while acknowledging challenges like poor bioavailability and the necessity for further clinical validation.
