Abstract : In today’s world with information overload, there is a need for quick and accurate processing of content to accelerate workflows. This paper proposes an intelligent system that integrates, through Gradio’s user-friendly interface, real-time audio transcription, YouTube video transcript retrieval, automatic summarization, and language detection. Utilizing state-of-the-art speech recognition models, the system transcripts audio inputs with high accuracy. In addition, the system retrieves and summarizes transcripts from YouTube videos, which aids users in accessing critical information without the need to watch lengthy videos. Automatic language detection ensures multilingual support for a global application. This greatly improves accessibility and productivity by transforming extensive verbal information into real-time, concise, actionable summaries.
