Abstract : The necessity of monitoring the health of soldiers deployed at higher altitudes has become significant as their life's became vulnerable mainly due to extreme cold weather conditions. Presented work provides a glimpse of an attempt that was made to monitor the health of a military personnel as a real time data. Extreme cold conditions impact the health of a personnel, hypobaric hypoxia is a condition that is mainly faced by the military personnel deployed at higher altitudes as reduces the physical work capacity of a personnel and in a situation that may lead to death. To reduce the impact in these variety of situations the model is proposed.
