Abstract : This paper investigates how transforming organizational approaches via Agile methodology impacts overall company performance. Specifically focusing on one prominent organization located within Muscat via qualitative research techniques such as interviews obtained data demonstrating Agile implementation impacts on said firm's operational outcomes. By providing actionable insights gained from our findings we aim to create a practical roadmap for other firms within Oman’s who are considering the adoption of Agile methods. These insights may also have public policy implications because promoting agile implementation may lead to increased economic development in Oman via the utilization of increased efficiency, innovation and customer satisfaction which in turn produces a competitive market favorable to growth. Lastly. This research may serve as a valuable tool for management within Omans’s organizations to successfully implement Agile transformations with better knowledge of the factors influencing such changes while effectively managing all related processes.
