In the 49th Kerala State Dental Conference at Kottayam during January 21-22, 2017, two PG trainees from Amrita School of Dentistry won the first prize in the Scientific Paper Presentation category.
At the Annual Conference of the Kairali Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists (KSOMP) at Muvattupuzha, Kerala, held January 28 – 29, 2017, the following postgraduate students from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology & Microbiology, Amrita School of Dentistry, bagged the honors.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham secured top honors in the Computer Society of India’s (CSI) national convention. Amrita bagged 10 national awards, more than any other university or institution at the CSI 2016 Convention held at Hotel Le Meridien, Coimbatore on January 23-24, 2017.
Twenty-two Pharm. D. students from Amrita School of Pharmacy attended and presented posters at the recently held 68th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC), at Visakhapatnam, during December 16 – 18, 2016.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri campus, won two prestigious awards at the recently held International Conference on Robotics and Automation for Humanitarian Applications RAHA 2016, Amritapuri, during December 18-20, 2016.
