Job description
  • Reporting to Director (Admissions). 
  • Coordinate the internal calling team at Coimbatore campus.
  • Laison with the agency supporting the outbound and inbound calling.
  • Ensure that all the information & data is readily available for all the tele callers.
  • Coordinate with the automation team for bot calling efficiency.
  • Update the FAQs published in the portal by analysing the queries resolved by tele callers.

  • Managing daily operational metrics including talk time, call attempts, connected calls, and conversion percentages. Introduce cost-effective mechanisms to resolve the queries effectively. 
  • Listening to call recordings to ensure the team is maintaining institutional standards, handling parent/student anxieties empathetically, and communicating correct course details.
  • Make email response faster to resolve the parent queries.
  • Talk to school principals as part of outreach efforts
  • Participate in career fairs / webinars 
  • Mapping out the student journey in the CRM to automate text, email, or call triggers based on student actions (e.g., automated call routing the moment a student downloads a brochure) 
  • Setting up system protocols to track a lead from the first touchpoint (inbound query or outbound cold data) to the final stage of application submission
  • Process Redesign: Continuously identifying friction points in the calling process and providing technical briefs to the IT/systems team to automate manual tasks 
  • Designing dynamic calling scripts and objection-handling guides that adapt to different target audiences (e.g., a script for the parent vs. a script for the student)
  • Aligning team rosters with high-traffic inbound hours and driving the team to achieve weekly/monthly application and walk-in targets
  • Providing regular, structured updates to the Director on lead quality, campaign performance
