The workshop on “Quantum Technology for Next-Generation Smart Cities & Intelligent Mobility Applications” aims to explore the transformative potential of quantum computing, communication, and sensing technologies in revolutionizing urban infrastructure and intelligent transportation systems. Conducted under the prestigious ATAL VAANI scheme, this workshop will bring together academicians, researchers, industry experts, and policy-makers to foster knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.
With the exponential rise in urbanization and the growing demand for smart, sustainable, and secure city ecosystems, quantum technologies offer ground breaking solutions for real-time traffic optimization, secure communication networks, energy-efficient systems, intelligent mobility, and more. This workshop will delve into how quantum principles can be harnessed to address complex urban challenges through advanced algorithms, quantum-enhanced AI models, and secure data transmission mechanisms.
This workshop aims to equip faculty members, researchers, and participants from various institutions with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Quantum Technologies, with applications in smart cities and intelligent mobility.
