Bio

Dr. Amrutha Veluppal is an Assistant Professor at the Amrita School of Artificial Intelligence, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. She co-leads the Biosignal Processing and Rehabilitation Robotics Lab at the School of AI. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in the field of medical image processing. She obtained her master’s degree from NIT Rourkela. Her research focuses on biomedical signal processing, medical image analysis, and AI-driven healthcare solutions, particularly in the context ofdiagnosing neurodegenerative diseases.
