Qualification	Education: Master's degree in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field Previous research assistant or internship experience in a neuroscience or cognitive science setting Knowledge of educational technologies or skill enhancement methodologies Having relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals is a plus Understanding of ethical considerations in neuroscience research is a plus Interest in pursuing doctoral studies (PhD) within an interdisciplinary field at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham with a strong commitment to advancing academic research is an added plus
Key Responsibilities	Research Design & Implementation: Assist in the design, implementation and analysis of neuroscience experiments using techniques such as EEG, behavioral assessments, and other relevant methodologies Protocol Development: Support the development of research protocols and experimental paradigms to investigate cognitive processes related to skill acquisition and learning Data Management: Collect, process, and analyze neurophysiological and behavioral data, employing appropriate statistical methods Research Insights: Contribute to the interpretation of research findings and support the generation of insights for the Skill intelligence project Academic Output: Prepare research findings for internal discussions and assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication Collaboration and communication: Work effectively with a diverse team of engineers, psychologists, educators, and researchers. Prepare and present research findings to team members and key stakeholders. Contribute to writing reports and academic papers Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in neuroscience and cognitive science to inform research practices. Support the training and education of team members on neuroscience techniques and principles
