Key Responsibilities:

• Placement Drive Coordination


• Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, assessments, interviews, and pre-placement talks.


• Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue arrangements, student communication, and recruiter support.


• Ensure smooth execution of both online and offline hiring processes. Student Coordination & Support


• Maintain student placement databases, eligibility records, and recruitment trackers.


• Guide students on placement processes, company expectations, and institutional policies.


• Coordinate registrations, interview schedules, attendance, and communication.


• Support training activities related to aptitude, communication, resume building, and interview preparation. Data Management & Reporting


• Prepare placement reports, recruitment statistics, and hiring analytics. 


• Track placement progress and maintain accurate documentation.


• Generate periodic reports for management reviews and accreditation requirements. Collaboration & Administration


• Work closely with academic departments, faculty coordinators, and administrative teams. 


• Ensure compliance with institutional placement policies and guidelines.


• Support employer branding, outreach initiatives, and placement promotional activities. Preferred Skills: Corporate networking & relationship management Event coordination & execution Presentation, communication & reporting skills
